Architecturally designed and built by Monarch, this duplex was formed as two dwellings, emphasising externally a grand gesture and refined material palette. The rendered face, being the largest expression of traditional design, is present throughout the entire façade. This design detail has been balanced and decidedly paired with understated yet high quality finishes resulting in a more contemporary and minimalist aesthetic throughout the open plan living space.
A tropical oasis in the rural suburb of Horsley Park pays homage to elegant & precise craftsmanship, with a focus on luxurious, timeless materials. The Monarch team brought the landscape to life with materials that would endure the outdoors, including aged steel tapware alongside honed sandstone pavers & glazed mosaics. Portraying the simple elegance of things related to nature, the sensuous, natural elements play a vital role in the overall design of the exterior.
A simple and neutral palette is balanced repeatedly throughout the Denham Court Residence providing a timeless and lavishly layered living space. With an emphasis on durable and delicate materials, Monarch Projects created an elegant blend of custom veneer joinery and natural marble to celebrate this aesthetic in the interior and exterior. These subtle contrasts are a challenge in restraint, and the ultimate pursuit of balance and sophistication.
